Installation requirements

◎The pressure-reducing valve can be installed vertically or horizontally, and should be noted in the installation. Cannot be reversed.

◎The filter should be designed and installed before the pressure-reducing valve to protect the pressure-relief valve and extend the service life. The piping system must be flushed before installing the pressure-reducing valve. To prevent the flow of dirt such as welding slag and oxidized skin into the valve.

◎The globe valves shall be installed before the pressure relief valve. The water is cut off during maintenance. To ensure the normal maintenance of the product and continuous water supply. Parallel installation should be adopted. The stop valve should be set before and after the relief valve.

◎Pressure gauges, pressure gauges and pressure valve inlet or outlet should be kept at least 5DN.

◎The outlet of the pressure-relief valve can set up soft connectors for easy installation and maintenance.

◎The inside of the pressure-reducing valve is the precision component, the transport and installation process must not be forced to fall. Rubber material inside the pressure-reducing valve shall be kept away from the hot environment (such as electrical welding, etc.) during transportation, storage and installation, preventing rubber from premature aging.
